2 cups rice
4 cups water
Cook rice.
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
4 red chili
1/4 cup dry coconut
Dry roast all the above and powder it.
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp channa dal
1 bay leave
1" cinnamon
2 cloves
Roast all the above in oil.
4 cups carrot / broccoli, grated
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Add carrot, turmeric powder, ground black peeper, salt, mix well.
1/2 cup water
Add water, mix well, allow to cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
2 tsp salt
Add the prepared powder along with salt and mix well.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
