Cashew Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp  lemon zest
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp fresh chives
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Add all the above in blender, blend until smooth.


Serves: 2

Raw Red Bell Pepper Caesar Salad Dressing

1/4 cup raw almond butter
1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 red bell pepper (1 and 1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Add all the above in blender, blend until smooth.



Serves: 2

Note: Added 1 tsp mustard seeds and it tasted so bitter. So next time will be trying with just 1/4 tsp mustard seeds. Will update about the taste after I make it again with the adjustment.

Mango Hemp Salad Dressing

1 ripe mango (1and 1/4 cup mango, chopped)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice (half a lime)
3 tbsp hemp seeds, soaked and drained
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Blend all the ingredients in blender until smooth.


Serves: 2

Note: I added 3 tbsp lime juice and we both felt 2 tbsp would be good enough. May be next time increase the hemp seeds to 3 tbsp.
