1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp fresh chives
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Add all the above in blender, blend until smooth.
