1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute for 5 minutes in medium flame.
1 Tbsp Garlic Cloves, Chopped
Add garlic saute for another minute.
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/3 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
22 oz or 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
Add all the above, cook in low uncovered for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stir occasionally and make sure not to burn it.
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
Add mustard and cook for 5 more minutes.
You may puree the sauce in blender, but not necessary. I didn't puree the sauce in blender. I liked it just like this.
