Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp poppy seed
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest, chopped
1 cup milk

Mix all the above and refrigerate overnight.
