1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
1/4 cup lightly packed cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup water
Add all the above in blender, blend until smooth.
