1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked and drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill or dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Add all the above in blender, blend until smooth.
