Panakam

2 cups Water
1/2 cup jaggery powdered

1/8 Cardomom powder
1/8 Pepper powder
1/8 Ginger powder
2 tbsp lemon juice (Juice from 1/2 lemon)
1 pinch salt
1 very very tiny pinch edible camphor (optional)

Mix all the above and allow to soak for an hour. Filter.

2 tulsi leaves (optional)

Add tulsi leaves.
