Indian Spicy Chickpea Salad

1 Cup Chickpea

Overnight soak chickpeas

1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Water

Add salt and water and cook for 3 whistles

1/2 Cup Tomato, Chopped
1/2 Cup Cucumber, Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Chopped
1/4 Cup Mint, Chopped Roughly
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cumin, Ground
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor Powder)
1/2 Tsp Salt

Combine all the above with cooked chick pea and serve.
