Serves: 1
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
2 tbsp cashew cream (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup nut milk
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp cacao powder
Mix all the above and refrigerate overnight.
Toppings
1 tbsp cacao nibs
In the morning top it with cacao nibs.
