Matcha Green Tea Buckwheat Cereal

Serves: 2


3/4 Tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Nut Milk
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Cream of Buckwheat Cereal


In a medium sauce pan, whisk tea powder with little bit of nut milk to make it a paste, add remaining nut milk and water, stir and bring to a boil.

Add cream of buckwheat cereal, turn the heat medium low, uncovered, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir often.

Remove from the heat and divide this into 2 serving bowls.

Yields: 1 cup / serving

Toppings

1/2 large ripe banana, chopped / serving
chopped fruit (berries, kiwi, apple, mango, peaches, nectarine, etc)
10 raspberries
10 blackberries
1 tbsp maple syrup / serving
1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk / serving
1 tsp cacao nibs

Mix banana with the cooked buckwheat in serving bowls. Add chopped fruits, maple syrup, nut milk, cacao nibs and enjoy.


Taste Note: Tastes Awesome. Very very easy to prepare.
