Hot Chocolate

Serves: 2

2 tbsp cacao powder
6 tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups plant-based milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a medium sauce pan, whisk together cacao powder, coconut sugar and salt.

Pour in the milk and put the sauce pan in medium heat.

Bring to a simmer while continuing to whisk.

Once hot and simmering and well mixed, remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.


Taste Note: Tastes GREAT.
