Avocado Chapathi

2 and 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Avocado, Mashed
3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Mix flour, salt, cumin powder, avocado and water.

Kneed for at least 5 minutes. Beat the dough, if you want to...

Cover and keep it for 5 minutes.


Prepare balls.


Spread balls and roll into a thin layer. You will need dry flour to spread.

Put the chapathi in hot pan, add oil on both sides and cook.

Keep the chapathis in hot box.

To Make 9 Chapathi's

1 and 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Water
1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Yields: 9 Chapathis
