2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Water
Mix flour, salt and water.
Kneed for at least 5 minutes. Beat the dough, if you want to...
Cover and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. I kept it for 50 minutes.
Prepare balls.
Spread balls and roll into a thin layer. You will need dry flour to spread.
Put the chapathi in hot pan, use dry cloth to rotate and make chapathi.
Finally add ghee, if you like (optional)
Keep a cloth inside a hot box and keep the prepared chapathis inside the cloth.

Yields: 11 to 12 Chapathis
Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME
Note: Most of the chapathis came out puffy and soft while preparing, I put them in hot box, but while eating, they were like papad. 1 chapathi i eat was really soft.

Mistakes i might have made:
- I used paper towel to rotate the chapathis while preparing them in the pan.
- I used hot box to keep the chapathis, next time i will put a cloth inside the hot box and keep chapathis inbetween the cloth.
